I started working in this company as an Administrative assistant in March, my noc code currently is 1241 and skill level is B. I might be getting a promotion to a Graphic designer, noc code would be 5241 and skill level B as well.
Here are my questions:
1. Can I apply for PR with two different NOCs but same skill level?
2. If I get promoted before I complete one year as an Admin then will it still be considered 1 year? I mean I will technically be completing 1 year in the company in general but with two different positions combined. Do I have to work one year in both the positions in order to qualify?
3. If my employer states in the letter that I have worked in two different positions but in total I have worked a year in the company. Will that work?
Please let me know if you know or have gone through the same situation. I would like to get that promotion but I’m unsure if it will affect my PR application.
