Two Credentials in OINP Masters Graduate Stream

I would like to inquire about the recognition criteria for the two Canadian credentials in the OINP Masters Graduate stream.
1. Will online learning programs from a Canadian institution be recognized?
2. Can a full-time program taken with a master's program at the same time be considered as full-time?

How are you getting two study permit for two programs at the same time to be recognized as Canadian?
1&@. Depends on program and school. PAL? Need study permit.
