Applicants struggling with the question what Photo ID can I have for my minor child please find the following:
A copy of biographical page of the minor's passport/travel document can be one (1) of the pieces of personal identification.

This can be used for a piece of id with photo requirement.
A second document can be Immunization Record which is available online. It contains the name and date of birth of the minor (as per the requirement)
