Bit of a particular case but as the title states what would a person with a Turkish Visa, living in the US as a resident need to do in terms of VISA if they are visiting Canada for a few days?
The purpose of the visit would be business.
Pretty new to this so I would appreciate as much guidance as you can provide.
What do you mean by a resident? Green card holder? Work permit holder?

He definitely at the least has a work permit, I am not sure if he has a green card I will need to ask. Could you possibly break down both scenarios? Or at least just assumed work permit as a worst case?
With a green card they can visit Canada without obtaining anything further.
With a work permit, they need to obtain a visitor visa (TRV) to Canada to enter.

Assuming they have a US work permit, would they need a TRV or an eTA?
To clarify, they are NOT entering Canada to perform work and receive a salary but as a customer doing a factory audit. For simplicity, let's say they are coming for a "business meeting". He would be here no more than 5 days.

Turkish passport holders do not qualify for eTAs.
