I had lymphocytes tuberculosis 15 years ago when I was 7 years old, now I'm 22. I was operated and successfully removed the lymph nodes and have been healthy since. I have got my offer letter for Fall 21', I was thinking of going for my pre-medical as I have read that sputum test is mandatory if you had TB in the past and will take 3 months for final approval from medical.
My main question was, if I go for pre-medical do they tell me to get the sputum test done very next day or once I apply for study permit and then only CIC will tell me to do the tests? because to apply for visa I will have to pay 1st year tuition fees and GIC which is a lot of money if for any reason my visa get delayed.
i highly suggest to all of those who suspect something can go wrong in their medicals , should do the test from a local good quality lab before going for the immigration medical tests.

yes I'm going to go for my medicals from a nearby lab in a few days.
But one of my main concerns is during pre-med will the panel physicians directly tell me that okay I have to come for further tests on this this day or will the IRCC tell me only after I submit my file for visa for further tests?
Because for filing visa I'll I have to pay my GIC and I do not want to do that so early as I'm taking education loan and the interest will start flowing so early.
U have to visit a panel physician for visa medical .it depends on ur country .if u applying under sds category u have to complete an upfront Visa medical from a panel physician .. u can search it on Canada.ca
