trying to register with the job bank

Hi,

I am trying to register with the job bank, but i have not recieved a express entry profile # or a job seeker validation code.

My application/ profile status is saying pending additional criteria.

I need some assistance with that please.

I'm also facing the same situation, with same details. Did you find any answer, if yes please let me know. I have already made an enquirie from the embassy too, via e mail, still no reply.
