I hope someone can help. We applied in October 2018 for PR. Prior to that we mistakenly applied for an open work permit first and were refused. Now that we are “in the system” awaiting PR, we would like to apply once again for an Open Work Permit. But the online questionnaire won’t let us. Please someone explain this!
