I have to get an extension from new delhi and mailed then last week but no response from them. mailed them tomorrow as well but still no response.
sending mails on :- delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca...can anyone help i have a deadline till 19 april too submit my documents but i think i will not be able to get my PCC from UAE in that time....
Rather asking for extension, I would suggest to send all documents you have at present and write in cover letter that you will send PCC as soon as you get it.

Yes, follow the advice of manek. If it's FSW, they won't give an extension. Send all documents you have immediately with a cover letter and other evidence that you tried your best to get the PCC and will send it as soon as you get it.
