Trying to Email VO

My family member has been trying to send an email to his VO for the passed 3 days through yahoo & every time he sends the same email it says "Delivery Status Notification (Failure) " or This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
re-amman.immigration@international.gc.ca

Does anyone know why this may be happening?

She/he can try from another email address.
Or maybe the VO's mail box is full.
Are you sure that she/he uses the correct e-mail address for VO?

I e-mailed the VO in Hong Kong and received a reply in about 10 days. Not bad.

No idea why you are having issues sending the e-mail. You might want to double check that you have the right address?

Yes this is the exact email address he was using...so I don't understand why the email can not be sent..hmm

Have him send the e-mail using the case specific enquiry form found through http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/accra.asp

i have the same problem i tried to send them email 4 days ago and i tried just right now and still the same, maybe the e-mail box full.

We had that happen. 2 things:

1) if emailing before/during a weekend we found VO's box was full

2) 3.5MB email size limit.

And its along weekend here ... try on Monday or Tue !!

He just tried to email his VO in Amman again...no luck it still reads the same error message. His email address on the immigration application had been hacked. He needs to update the new email address in case they email him regarding passport request as he has completed his interview and medicals on December 12,2011. He tried calling the VO- no one answers. Any advise on what he should do?

Please report this to CIC-M office.

I had emailed VO New Delhi-India on 05th April. Let me see how long does it take...

Thank you so, so much for the notice, the email was sent no problem ! We shall see how long until they reply

I emailed VO Manila it's been 10 days now and now response but I tried again and sent 10 times email all sent but still waiting for response. I don't know if they check their inbox and response to our query. All I got from them is automated receipt that they got my email stating they will review and wait for the response within 28 days if there's no reply just check the website.
