Hi, my brother submitted his passport at vfs chandigarh on 14th feb and reached to high commission on 18th feb 2025 . He is still waiting for it to be dispatched. Still shows under process

You should get an update within 3 days. Is it trv visa?

Check on 'Visitor Visa Passport Stamping 2024 - India' thread. As of now 19th feb applicants are saying dispatched.

I got the dispatch message today. TRV visa.
Time taken - Passport reached to IRCC office on Feb 26, 2025.
Dispatch from IRCC - March 21, 2025. Processing time - 23 days
