TRV visa refused

Hi. Good morning
I have received my passport from vac. There is visa stamp on that and I still did not get any paper or email regarding my TRV refusal. Plz help me out how can know the reason of visa refused.

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the refusal of your application for a Temporary Resident Visa.



We understand you may be disappointed with the decision made on your application. The reasons for refusal were provided to you at the time the decision was made, and the processing of your application is fully concluded. According to Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, any person wishing to become a temporary resident of Canada must satisfy a migration officer that they will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay in Canada, that they will not contravene the conditions of admission and that they do not belong in a category of persons inadmissible to Canada.



Based on the information provided on your application and in the supporting documents, the migration officer was not satisfied that you met the requirements of Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations. We are unable to provide additional information or details regarding the reasons for a refusal other than the information contained in the refusal letter. In reaching a decision, migration officers look at many factors, which may include:

- the applicant's travel history;

- the reason for travelling to Canada and the applicant's contacts there;

- the applicant's financial means for the trip;

- the applicant's ties to their country of residence, including immigration status, employment and family ties, properties;

- whether the applicant would be likely to leave Canada at the end of the authorized stay; and

- the information provided about the applicant’s Canadian host(s) or inviter(s).



It is the responsibility of the applicant to submit all the documents and information necessary to satisfy the migration officer that they would be a bona fide temporary resident to Canada.

1. Purpose of travel?
2. Home and Family Ties?
3. Financial support?

Yes.
I have been attached copies of hotel booking day to day itinerary.
Cover note with purpose of travel
With my wife.
6months bank statements saving account with enough money
Approx cad $17000
Credit card Statement $5000
Family form and return issuance for my kids those who are not travelling to Canada with us.

In your cover note, did you highlight that your children are not travelling and you are required to return home to care for them? Are your children young and dependent on you?

Yes. I was mentioned in the cover letter my childrens are young and they depending on us. And we mentioned that we can't leave them for long time.

You may want to request the GCMS notes for your visa application; it may give you more clues. If you do a google search for "order GCMS notes" you will see many companies that provide the service. Don't pay more than $30 for the service. It takes about a month to get the results.

Plz suggest me as per my above details to send you. Do I need to re-apply with rectifie in the documents. And what are best solution for me. I applied with my wife so we need to re-apply both or only for me.. Because my wife refusal reason is different from me.
