There's nothing you can do about it. The visa officer who reviewed your application granted a shorter validity based on various assessment factors

I got twice rejection from US do i need declare both with date and time or just mention that i got refused

Hi share ko lng po i applied trv last dec 17 2018. Till now wala pa din po. On process pa din yung nklagay sa status ng apllication ko. Sana mgng postive yung result. Pray lang tlga and god's plan kung para na ba sa ating yung approval ng visa
