Hello,
My wife is here in Canada on a TRV, her status was expiring on Dec 1 but we already sent the extension request.
She started english clases (Conversation groups) a couple of months ago and we are aware that the conditions for studying is that the course must be less than 6 months.
The big questions are:
Can she continue in school after Dec 1 the original expiration date of her status now that she has implied status?
Can she can continue up to when ever is 6 months minus a day of the day she started the course?
