TRV Schedule 1 imm5257 form

Hi ,
Im submitting my online form but in this section when I uploaded form Schedule 1 form, it gives me a yellow flagged message of REMOVE DOCUMENT. I have tried this form to be removed but its saying again to upload this form.
i tried again to fill a new form, validated that form but same problem.
is there anyone who can me help me upload with this form.
