TRV renewal in the philippines!!!Help!!!

Hi everyone,
Help me,its urgent.
I am an owp holder under lcp.there is an emergency and I am planning to go back to philippines tomorrow but my trv is expired already.is it ok to renew it in the philippines when i arrive there?and what are the requirements?

You are taking chances. Theoretically, it's ok. But the embassy can also reject you, with no explanation, - this is unlikely, but still possible.

I know it is risky but some people said that it should be fine because it is an emergency.but I am still looking forward to read more of your advice guys..

Sir jomarcabiles, really need ur help. Same po tayo ng situation nung june 2009 po. With visa and passport po but di po mabigyan ng poea ng oec at pdos. Sir email nyo po ako kelangan ko po yalaga ng tulong nyo para sa pamilya ko. Pano po ginawa nyo? Please po..
