I recently got my PGWP for 2 years. My spouse is having valid OPW till November. I have applied for my minor daughter TRV which got rejected on following grounds....from the extract, "I am not satisfied that you will Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR" based on your travel history, purpose of your visit and personal assets & financial status.
Please help me, what next?
Few more to understand:
1. can my spouse extend the OPW and how much time it takes to mature, if not what visa should we apply for?
2. can my daughter come in dependent visa?
1. Your spouse can extend the OWP once you have a job that is NOC A, B or 0 and can provide payslips to prove you have started your job.
2. There is no such thing as a separate dependent visa. Your daughter needs a TRV to come to Canada.

This question has already been answered. Your wife's OWP can only be extended once you have a job that is skill level A, B or 0. It does't matter what job your wife has.
