Hi guys,i need some advice.i recently came to india because my father got expired so i had to leave canada urgently.i did not have time to apply for TRV within canada.i dont know why they refused my application when my work permit is still valid till next year.Can somebody please advise what to do next?
Do you have a job in Canada? Have you submitted your application to CIC for PR? Did you submit documents detailing your father's condition?

Before coming to india i just joined a new job and it was just one week.when i heard the news i just left for india.I have submitted my PR application to CIC and that is the reason i got BOWP.I am just waiting for my medical request.I did not submit my fathers death certificate in my application.

They have given few reasons.Travel history,they think that i will not return back to my home country once my work permit gets over and also they said that i have not shown enough funds to settle in canada.i dont know how they can do it when my work permit is still valid?
