1) immigration status in country of residence.
2) Family ties in Canada and in country of residence.
1. did you apply from your country of residence where you have citizenship?
2. you need to have properties/businesses which are reasons you need to return to your home country. eg. you need to manage your business or properties.
3. another reason that you would return to your home country. - you need to be employed and have sufficient financial support in order to spend for your trip to canada.
