You already did and showed and changed what you could and got rejected twice.
You should calm down now, and take a break for at least 6 months. Let your wife to settle down in Canada.
And then try again. This time for 2-3 weeks, with a letter from your employer again, ask visa for a new year break
when your wife will be able to pay more attention to you.
Yes, you should. They say if you got a refusal you should apply again ONLY if something changed in your life (something means what they mentioned as the reasons for rejection),and CIC considers 6 months is a proper period of time when something could change in person's life.

However, asking for OWP definitely says VO that you would like to stay in Canada!!! And then there is again a question of r your family (you and your wife) ties in your home country.
Regina has answered to everything so I just might remark what she said.... OWP doesn't need home ties, because you are asking for permission to stay, it would be contradictory.
Also, unless you are a minor what is your mother is hers not yours. So discard anything that has to do with your mother (property, money, inheritance, etc.).

Thanks Jalex23, for your reply!
Actually, I heard that it is important to show a sponsor in case of Bangladesh. VO like to see sponsor from home country. I know some people who got visa just only submitting their parents sponsors with properties. That's made me to do it.
My mother made an affidavit saying that she was taking responsibly of mine to return back before expiry of visa. She was willing to sell any of her fixed asset for me if necessary.
