Hello All,
Im waiting for my pr but today i
got my BOWP renew as it was expiring in feb. Now i need to apply for the multiple entry visa. Can anyone help me which forms are required to submit and fill . As i had found the link for the forms but not sure are these the ones to fill out as some forms are pretty old ones.

For proof of financial support, for how many months of bank statement should be sent and why do they require the statments.

2. It doesn't request proof of financial support in the checklist for the work permit.

Is this the mutliple entry visa form as i did get my work permit..

I did sent the last month statement only. $3K-$5K should be enough.
