Hello all, I want to apply for a TRV from Libya for a short term business English program In Canada.
I just want to know how long is the processing taking now for applicants from Northern Africa and what policy and procedures are in effect with COVID 19 restrictions?
How long is the processing time?
My program in for 24 weeks do I need a Study permit?
I need guidance so I can plan day off with my employer accordingly.
Generally a study permit not required for courses 6 months or less although possibly with current COVID situation it may be a challenge to get a TRV approved for this purpose of visit, No harm in applying although also keep in mind that travel on a TRV may not be considered essential travel at this time until COVID restrictions are eased
