My dad submitted and online application on 15th May but has had no further messages since the confirmation. At the time processing was 21 calendar days. We have emailed and been told it’s under active review but the reason for the visa is a wedding in 2 weeks so we are now running out of time. Any suggestions on how I can find out any further information? If it doesn’t come through in time I’d rather just request a refund rather than waste the money.
2 months today since I sent the application. Nothing. I have a flight next Friday. they don't even have the courtesy of letting me know so I can cancel flights and hotel before they're not refundable.
