I have just received my work permit extension while in Canada alonwith spouse sowp and kids study permits. However my family had to travel to India while the extension was in process. Now they have to go for TRV to travel back to Canada as their visa has expired. Would that be a in Canada trv request or it will be a regular trv from India. I think regular trv takes very long time. In this case it's just stamping post the permit extension.
They need valid TRVs to re-enter Canada so if they left without one, they apply from India.
