TRV or Opem work permit

Hi all,

I m from Sri Lanka, my husband working in Vancouver,canada as a chef since May 2017. Now I would like to have a visit for him in December 2017,

If any one know kindly let me know what is best way to visit my hubby, TRV or open work permit.

I have a good job here in Sri Lanka and also I'm running a small business, I have a final bank balance of Rs.1.5 million.

Please help me, I'm dying to see my husband

You cannot visit him on a work permit, you need a TRV.

But some say OWP is successful rather than TRV,
Is it true, could you also let me know that,
How long will it take to terminate my husband's Work permit to PR,will he able to sponsor me after he getting his PR, will it be successful,

This is a question for those "some" that have told you that.

There are no official numbers on how "succesful" each of them are.

How long will it take to terminate my husband's Work permit to PR,will he able to sponsor me after he getting his PR, will it be successful,

He will be able to sponsor you.

Depends on your specifics, hard to tell.
