TRV on hold

Hello All,

I applied for TRV since April 11, 2019.

On May 24, 2019 I got a msg from VFS, Abuja, Nigeria that my processed passport is ready for collection. My IRCC acc wasn't not updated online. It still shows we are processing your application. Upon receiving the passport, there was neither visa nor refusal letter. A slip was included in my application stating that a msg has been sent to the email address I provided.

Up till now, I haven't received any email.

Anybody with an opinion on this pls?

OK. Thank you. I'm just wondering why the unusual slip instead of the refusal letter. I did paper application

It seems to be something they are doing now. A new development in the past couple of months.
