Dear all,
I got my extended study permit and submitted application for TRV. My application is inland and now I want to travel to my home country. It is possible to submit my passport for stamping from my home country while the application is inland?
 
You'll have to call them and verify. By the way, did you submit official or unofficial transcripts with your TRV?
 
You can but you need to call IRCC and inform them that you are leaving.
