TRV from Canada after getting work permit

Hi guys,

I applied for TRV from Canada, I have my work permit. I need to travel my home country soon. If I get passport request while I’m in Canada, can I send my passport from my home country?? Because in Canada once we send our passport for stamping it will take about a month to arrive back.

Also, I have valid S-1 visa (student visa) and now I’m on work permit. Can I enter Canada with valid S-1 visa and work permit ?

nope you cannot, your home country cannot ship passport to ircc and you cannot come back with s1 visa, i applied on sept 10 as well i have family emergency but still i am stuck as well

You can transfer the file to india

Nope don't transfer file to India.my friend did this mistake it took him 6 month bcoz processing time.in india is different then Canada

And from Canada it's very rare chances they will reject your tr application. From India lots

You can but u have to inform ircc and ircc will transfer your file to ur local office.. and then the processing time is according to that country

Processing time I’ll be only for getting stamp (15 days)or else processing time I’ll takes many months?
We are emergency and couldn’t send passport to IRCC because it’s getting a month to get passport back

The only option u have is calling ircc and expediting the process. If u leave Canada without getting stamp its risky Asell.
