Hello everyone,

Before I write this I read some threads but could not find exactly what I was asking. So, I am a Canadian citizen married with 2 kids and a third on the way. I have my own business we are managing the company with my wife together. My mom is married to my step-dad my step-dad is afraid of flying so we will only apply for my mom for the TRV. I also have a brother who still lives back home. My mom does not have huge amounts of money and we will cover her expenses throughout her visit. It is a cultural thing also. So we would not let our elderly pay for things. (not sure VO cares about that). My step-dad has a shared property with his siblings and he and my mom own a car. My step-dad is retired but my mom is not yet. Also, my mom has a brother and sister are back home as well. We like her to visit for 3-4 weeks and we're planning for that time frame for the TRV.

So my questions are

1- Since she does not have lots of money is it a straight refusal reason?
2- If not how should we word that we will be taking her expenses in Canada i.e housing, food, etc.
3- Her being married, having a child, and having siblings are enough ties or not?
4- My mom has not seen her 2nd grandson in person since he was born and first only one time since he was born.
5- We are not planning to go for a visit any time especially with the new gov. travel warnings.
5- Is there anyone with similar experience and got the approval?

Thanks in advance.
