What is the chances for 4 minors applying for TRV whose parents both traveled to US and Canada twice with multiple entry visit visas valid until 2021.

Parents are both expat workers overseas and all minors are studying in the Philippines with no prior history of travel overseas (youngest 2 and oldest 14). Reason for travel is to spend Holidays in December with relatives.
