I applied TRV for my sister-in-law recently and that got approved now i want to apply for my niece( my sis in law daughter) who is 9 yrs old. My concern is when we applied for my SIL we showed my niece as family ties back home which i believe helped to get visa as they both had 2 refusals in past. Can you please guide should i apply now or wait for my SIL to visit us and return as she is coming to attend family wedding and then apply for her daughter next year or can i apply now so they both can attend wedding. Her parents have $40000 to show as funds my SIL works as school principal and brother has agricultral land.
