TRV for kids inside Canada

I applied for TRV for me and my family, I got my TRV and requested my passport but my wife and kids were rejected, just they ircc sent them new status

please help me how to apply and which the correct way to get TRV for visitor visa holders from inside Canada

Are they in Canada as visitors? What do you mean IRCC sent them new status?

Yes, they are visitors, and the ircc sent them the same visitors record I uploaded when they applied for trv

They aren’t eligible to apply for new TRVs through Canadian offices. They really should be on OWP and study permits if you children are around 4-18.

They are 3 and 4 years old and not going to school yet
