I live in Canada and I am engaged to my Fiance since 1 year and she would like to visit me In Canada. We do not intend to get married here and she will go back, she just wants to visit for few weeks. Now my question is:
1) Should she mention about me in the TRV application form that she has a fiance in Canada?
2) If she does not will it impact future spousal sponsorship application?
3) Can she just write my name in the visiting people section but leave the relationship blank?
4) What is the best option to get a TRV for fiance without impacting future sponsorship application.
I will answer your questions upon my own experience. I am married to a Canadian citizen. 1.5 years ago i got a TRV to visit my boyfriend in Canada even though everybody was saying that there are no chances at all.
1. Yes, you two together definitely must not hide your relationship from CIC
2. Yes, it will if u lie.If u want your future sponsorship process go smooth, your case should be crystal clear for VO, that means that all the time when you are applying for visa to Canada you tell them only the real facts. Otherwise it might slower the process and even make it harder.
3. No, she has to mention the real reason why she need to go to Canada and it s visiting you.
4. Make an invitation for her and provide as much proofs of relationship and that she will cone back home as u can.
