Hi firiends,
I am planning to extend my mother in law visa and on the application for IMM 5708e and on the section : Background information area 2C- Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? What shall I say (Yes/No). I am confused. She is in Canada already. Before coming to Canada, she has never applied for visa before.
Thank you

She requested to enter Canada when she got her TRV and entered the country.... it is quite straightforward

Please I have another question. Since I am the one taking care of everything. Shall I provide the current bank statement only or last 3 months statement?
Thanks once more

The applicant has to show she can remain in Canada by herself.
The sponsor can send evidence of funds for 1 month only.
As this is an extension you have to show that "conditions" have not changed. This means that the economical conditions and arrangements are the same as the ones shown in the TRV application).
Thank you everything is the same.
Thanks
Hey friends I am back again.
For the plane ticket, Is it advisable to provide with the new departure date or can I apply for extension without the air ticket?
Thanks
