Hi everyone.
When my family first apply to come to Canada, I applied for study permit, husband for work permit and daughter (3 years old at the time) applied for study permit - suggestion of our agent in my country. Her visa got denied, because she was not 5 at the time, she was not in school age. After that, we applied for her TRV and she finally got approved for the same time as our permits.
I am about to apply for my PGWP. She is currently 4 years old. She wont be 5 until next summer. She is going to JK in Ontario, Does her application need to be a new TRV? a TRV extension? O study work permit?
I am really concerned about her new application being denied again.
Any advice is welcomed
