Can any one help me to give some idea on below request?

My wife is US citizen and Canadian PR holder. She was sponsored in Canada by her ex husband and got PR on 2018. After her divorce we married on June-2019. According to 5 years bar she cannot sponsor me. I am seeking help from you guys. I am from Bangladesh and have permanent full time job in my country. Can I apply TRV for short visit in Canada or any other category I can apply ?

Unlikely you will be approved for any temporary visa because your incentive to stay in Canada is too high. You can certainly try. Do you qualify to immigrate on your own based on schooling, language skills, etc. Why did she not return to the US. She could sponsor you there.

How long was your wife in Canada before getting a divorce? Was this an arranged marriage so not much time was spent dating or together before arriving in Canada? You may face more scrutiny about this marriage than average.

Why did she not return to the US. She could sponsor you there :
She loves to live in Canada.

How long was your wife in Canada before getting a divorce? 1 year 4 months

Was this an arranged marriage so not much time was spent dating or together before arriving in Canada? yes it was arranged marriage. I want to apply after 1 year so we will have almost 2 years marriage life.

How much time were your ex-wife and husband spent together in person after they got married. How long was it between landing date to divorce.

What are you applying for in 1 year? If it is a TRV it will likely be refused although you may get lucky. Do not make any plans or buy any tickets.

I will apply for TRV/TRP as we need to wait more 3 years for regular spouse sponsorship category.

The issue is that you will almost 100% be refused. Your husband does not want to remain temporarily. He doesn’t want to come for a week. Unless he can qualify for PR on his own expect to be separated for the next few years unless you want to return to Bangladesh for part of the time if your RO allows it. You can certainly try but prepared that he will likely be refused. He doesn’t qualify for a TRP unless there is another reason why he is inadmissible.
