TRV Denied in 9 days after application all documents avail

Hi guys

Please advise. TRV was denied on basis that officer not convinced I would leave based on purpose. My purpose was tourism. That is the only reason, nothing else noted.

Documents handed in

2 x property deeds
1 X farm title deed
3 X children birth certificates
Spouse Identity and Birth certificate
Marriage Certificate
Bank statement ($92k)
Work contracts
Police clearance
Current existing 1yr multiple entry Aus visitor visa
Previous 6month Australia work visa
Many other visas and passport stamp including south africa, nigeria, dubai, Singapore
Not travelling with family, travelling alone
Flight itinerary
Accommodation bookings
Detailed day to day activities itinerary

Wanted to go to Canada for winter (2weeks) then fly over to Australia and back home (Zimbabwe).

Before requesting case files, could someone shed light on the denial???

Spouse identity in BC ? your spouse is Canadian Resident ? did you every applied for PR before this refusal?

Never applied for any Canadian visa of any sort. This is my very first Canadian application. Spouse is not Canadian. We have been married 10yrs, with 3 kids, first born is 13. I literally wanted to go for a small vacation.

Sorry I edited my shorthand....BC was short for Birth certificate..I have re-edited....my wife has never been to Canada...never applied...she is here with me

Application looks ok then. I think you should apply for notes to be honest.

I am also a holder of a Zimbabwean passport and perhaps the socio-economic state of my country affected it inadvertently????

I figured that seeing as though I got my 1 year multiple entry into Australia on the 7th of Jan 2019 I could also get the Canadian visa and do a round trip.

I applied Canada TRV 21 Jan 2019. I received my passport 2day with refusal. Passport was dispatched on 1st Feb, meaning decision had been made between 21st Jan and 1st Feb 2019.

They may have been looking at your passport and thinking you could earn more here, but to be honest I can't see that. Have you got family in Canada?

All my family is here in my home country. Parents, siblings kids.

I found it strange too. Anyhow, thanks for trying though.

Is there a direct link as to where I can apply for notes and see where I went wrong? I understand it takes a few weeks.

I used the basic same documents for Australia visa and I got that visa.

Notes usually take a month, but in this case it is definitely going to help you.

Note when you apply again, you have to say you were refused before in the application. Your very welcome

Don't worry i was refused once a study permit and I have been here since 2015 now
