Her siblings are also citizen & living in Canada. If I apply for EXPRESS ENTRY, and if my Canadian wife accompany me in the entry then am I eligible to get the 15 point?

Because I am applying for green card in US. Canada is back up.
Also my score would be 462 with the 15 point

Why do you want sympathy if your goal is a US green card. Your wife’s siblings are her family and not yours so no you don’t get points.
