TRV Apply Inside Canada Timeline Inquiry

I intend to submit my TRV application tonight and I am applying from inside Canada.

I know I can view the processing time online but I understand that some applicants experience delays. In IRCC website, it shows that the average processing time is 16 days. This does not include the PPR and the time you will receive back your passport. I am hopeful to hear anyone who had theirs processed earlier than this.
