TRV Application in LA

Hi everyone!

i want to apply for TRV in LA, i have a b1/b2 visa here in US and im allowed to stay
until oct 8 only and i'm planning of visiting my sister in canada before going home to
the philippines. would it still be possible for me to apply considering the processing
period? also regarding of the documents? since i am from the philippines will they
accept fax copied documents or do i really need to submit the original one since
i will all be asking for my docs from the philiipines.
