Hello. My wedding is in 2 weeks due to a medical situation in the family. My brother is in Canada with a Study permit and he's applying for a TRV. What reason should we mention in the application for faster processing? Any ideas?

So if brother is in Canada does he not have a valid TRV? No way to expedite.

The expedited processing would be to return India not to come back to Canada.
