Hello, I want to apply for trv for my self. I am on PGWP and my spouse on open workpermit. While applying for trv, there is a question in questionnaires that is are you spouse of a person who hold: 0,A,B level job
Hold study permit.
Hold temporary resident permit more than 6 months. So do I have to select yes???
Oh, I had to read the question multiple times. I believe the question is about your spouse.
No, it's about me. I am going to apply for a temporary resident visa.
"are you (
as in you you) spouse of a person (
now this is your spouse) who hold: 0,A,B level job" in your case, it will be no (since she doesn't hold a study permit) and her case it will be yes. (since you hold a study permit, etc.)
@canuck_in_uk @Naturgrl that's what it means right?
Thank you for your clarification.
