Truncated middle name in PR card

Hello, my son's PR card was issued before November 2015. The last letter of his middle name has been truncated. This is because there is a name limit of 15 letters. His name is written as Mujtab instead of Mujtaba. The name in the COPR is complete. I'm just a little concerned that there would be no issue in boarding the airplane to Canada. I mean the airline staff won't do any objection. PR cards issued after Nov 2015 have a limit of 28 letters.
Please share if anyone has any experience.
