Hello All

I was granted sponsorship eligibility for my dependent child and CPC has transferred the file to local CHC office. We applied for TRV, it was refused.

1) Can we apply for TRP while the processing for permanent residence is in process?

2) What is probability of getting TRP?

3) Will PR file processing will be affected?
