Trouble Regarding 2 LOA's sent by College

College sent me a Letter Of Acceptance (LOA) in Nov 2021, but then they again sent me another LOA in March 2022 and there are 2 different issue dates on Both of the LOA's. I already submitted my study permit application with the LOA that i received in Nov 2021. Is this a problem? Does embassy will raise a question on it?

It is safe to upload it via webform. That can be the unconditional offer letter, I guess. Confirm it with the university first, they'll guide you for sure.
