Trouble linking online GC Key account..

Hi everyone. about one week ago I received a confirmation from the immigration letting me know that they have received my application for my husbands sponsorship. I also received the UCI number and Application number. I have tried several times to link my account using the application number, family name, UCI, and so on but it is not recognizing my application. Am I doing something wrong? When it asks for the *applicants* date of birth and country of birth, would the applicant be ME and my information or would the applicant be my husbands info?

Your suppose to have two UCI numbers, one for yourself (Sponsor) and one for your husband (PA). Make sure you are linking the correct UCI to the correct name. You cannot have both UCI under one account. (Could someone confirm this) I would also guess that you don't a representative?

A representative? no we don't have one. Also, I only see one UCI number. I got it in MY email along with the application number like I mentioned above. Where does my husbands UCI number come if there is two?
