My husband is a 36 year old French/American Tree Surgeon (Arborist) who has just received a job offer from a small Tree company on Vancouver Island.
We currently live in France, but are very much wanting to emigrate to BC.
I have lots of questions! But I will limit them to the more obvious ones - Is he eligible for a PNP application?
and would it be a good idea to hire a lawyer to help us with all of these immigration procedures..?

Yes,Arborist is NOC Classification A which is eligible for PNP Nomination,Download the Documents at the BC PNP website.Forestry is our largest Industry in BC.
