Hi. My Mom and Dad are separated (not legally) and Dad is living now in Canada. I’m applying my Mom for permanent residency and in the travel history form, it’s asking for her spouse or common law partner travel history. Does she have to fill this out? If not, does she just leave it blank?

And also, same as under dependant. She doesn’t have any dependants anymore. So just leave the space blank too?
