Hi, I just wanted to know , if you don't have the PR card and holding the RTD , Can you fly directly from Canada to any other country after getting Visa for the countries who accepts RTD.
I heard that re-entering to canada you need either PR card or PRTD even with RTD is it correct ?
Also , if I have US visa on RTD , Can I travel to another country if having visa on RTD from US and then come to US and then come back to canada via land which i know is possible.
Yes, it's possible. Just have your refugee IDs, NOD.
I don't have my PR and have been travelling with no issues.
You'll be fine

As long as you have the RTD and a visa you should be fine.
