I am in a dilemma. I have my PR application in progress since last 8+ months and has been a long wait already. My wife, who is also part of my application needs to travel immediately outside Canada for about 3 months. We both are on BOWP and do not have a travel visa. What are my options for her to come back after 3 months.
1) If i do not get COPR by the time she has to come back, can i apply for TRV? How long does the process take?
2) If my PR gets approved(if i get COPR), what are my options then? I read somewhere about PR travel document, would she be eligible for that?
