I am looking to travel to India this December. I still have a valid work permit for good 16 months but I have also received an ITA under CEC class. I have applied for my PR and sent all the documents already. I am waiting on my COPR from Immigration. Now the question is, is it okay if I travel to India and can I come back from India to Canada if I have a valid work permit and my PR file is in processing. Please if anyone could help me with this, would be great.
